Hopefully, the following walk-through will help.

Downloadable products are delivered when you check out but the process is not automatic. There are a couple of steps you must take to help get the file from our server to the desktop of your computer.

After submitting your order, you will get a window that looks like this with each item listed:
For each item, you are provided a Link - circled in red - and an Order Code number - circled in blue. The Order Code number may be the same for all the items in the order.

Select and copy the Order Code number or write it down, or print out the page for reference.

Click the link for an item, and you will see this window:
Downloading will start. Depending on how your Browser Preferences are set, the file will either be saved straight to your desktop, or open first in a browser window for you to save manually. You can also choose to have it sent as an attachment to an email. Depending on your email program quotas etc, this may or may not be a good idea for you.

Our files are named clearly so you can tell what you are looking for on your desktop. If you ordered and downloaded Doors Quotes, that's what the file will be called - but the name will be all lower case with no spaces. When you find your downloaded files, organize them in folders so you can find them when you want to use them.

When you have downloaded the first item, go back to the checkout page and click the next link.

What if you have lost track of the checkout page? Every order you place with Cre8it generates an Order Confirmation Email. That email contains all the actual link addresses for the items you purchased and the Order Code number. It is a good idea to print and save that email. Your downloads are active for 30 days from the date of purchase and you may need to download another copy for some reason.
NOTE:
Our magazines are too large to be completely contained in the Shopping Cart. When you download subscriptions and single issues, you will actually be downloading a small PDF file with links to download the issues.

Sometimes, larger downloads can be interrupted or even corrupted by high traffic on your server or other gremlins. This results in a damaged file which cannot be opened. If this happens to you, try downloading again.
