Special Attractions - Magnetic Mounting System Most mounting systems are based on some method of using a thick, heavy acrylic block. This is a very different feel and hand position from what we were used to. Our magnetic mounting system is primarily for the stamp artist who likes the feel of a wood mounted stamp, doesn’t mind not being able to see through the mount, wants to organize and store her/his collection of stamps neatly, and actually enjoys some time spent in “tool preparation” - to turn those unmounted stamps into little magnets. Stamps can be stored on both sides of cookie sheets and hung on the wall or stacked on each other. They can also be stuck to anything metal - a file cabinet or even a wall painted with magnet-receptive paint. If this idea speaks to you, click on the rabbit stamp to learn more about it. |
