What to do . . . The prints you see on the left in this photo are printed on Cre8it Matte Lite, but we ended up using the ones we printed on Sheer Heaven (shown on right edge). We liked the more subtle translucent look better. Print out the Hole Template, cut it out and lay it over each photo with the word Top at the top of your photo. Hold both pieces together and punch the holes where indicated. We always remove the hole catcher from our punches and hold the punch upside down, so we can see exactly where we are punching the holes. Placement is very important here because your joining stick won’t go through all the pieces unless they line up. |

| If you are working larger than 2"x2", you can make a hole template for whatever size square you need. Just cut a piece of plain paper to the right square size, fold it in half, and then cupboard fold each edge to the center.
The holes should be placed, centered widthwise, in each of the two center sections, and each set placed the same distance from the top and bottom of the square. Make sure your holes are big enough to accomodate the stick you will use. |

| Step 2. Fold each photo square in half and crease with your bone folder. Cupboard fold each edge to the center and crease so you have a mini luminaria shape as shown (we started to get some other ideas at this point - how about you?) |

| Step 3. Apply Crafter’s Pick Ultimate glue to the inside of one of the back flaps. We love this glue because it works so well with Sheer Heaven. You can apply it right from the bottle, but we like the even coverage we can get by using a brush. |

| Step 4. Close the back flap with glue over the other to form a triangle shape and lay the glued backside down against your work surface. Stick a piece of dowel through the piece and roll it along the backside to burnish the two panels together. |

| When all five photos are folded, lay them out together and choose a background paper that will look nice with them. Cut the piece to 3.5"x4.5" to go behind a 2.5"x3.5" image window. You can assure harmony by printing your own background paper with a color chosen from your photo with the Eyedropper tool in Photoshop (like we did for the boxes). If you are using dowels for your sticks, you may want to paint them with acrylic craft paint in matching or coordinating colors. Now, let’s assemble our “assemblage”. | ||||||
